30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE


Within 30 days of delivery of your goods, you may return items (excludes Batteries, Lamps & O-Rings, Made-To-Order cases and Special Orders) you purchased from Carry It Cases, for an exchange or a refund of the product price, excluding shipping costs.

You must call or email us to obtain a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning goods.

All return freight costs are at the customer’s expense. Goods will not be accepted by Carry It Cases unless they are in the same condition as when they were received un-used, unaltered and in its original packaging with swing tags attached (if any). It is recommended that goods be returned by a secure method of post, we recommend registered post or some form of tracking delivery. Goods are not considered received until they are in the hands of Carry It Cases.

Additional Information about the refund process.
Refunds will be credited against the Credit Card or PayPal account that was nominated at the time the order was placed.
Credits are not transferable to other Credit Cards or PayPal accounts

If you have changed or cancelled your credit card details since the debit took place we can then only provide you with store credit in the first instance.

If you have paid via BPAY or EFT, we will offer a store credit and the option to have the funds refunded to a nominated bank account. In this instance you will be required to complete a form for the refund to take place.

This 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE is offered to the original purchaser only as shown on the Tax Invoice.

We are very generous with our 30-Day policy, most other stores offer 7 or 14 days, so we are not able to extend this policy past the 30 days offered. Goods returned without an RMA and outside 30 days will be held for collection by you.

How to return goods under this 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee


1. Contact Carry It Cases for a Returns Material Number (RMA)

2. Carefully re-package the return in its original box and send it via a secure method of transport to:

3. Include a note showing the RMA and a copy of your Tax Invoice.

4. We will provide you with a link on the RMA to book a courier for transit to us.
