Carry It Cases takes the safety of its staff and customers very seriously.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken a number of steps to ensure we follow the advice given by the World Health Organisation and our Commonwealth and State Governments.

We have a registered COVID SAFE plan in place to protect you, our staff, and our community.

 

What Impacts This May Have On You, Our Customer

-  We have closed our showroom to the public until further notice as a precaution.

-  Click & Collect is available between the hours of 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday from our warehouse.

-  Return processing will be delayed by 5-7 working days from receipt of goods.

-  Short delays should be expected across the freight network.


Limited Contact Delivery - POD (Proof of Delivery) Process

Toll have implemented a contactless POD process for the majority of our deliveries, which does not require you to sign.


Ongoing Monitoring

We will continue to monitor ongoing events and activate any contingency steps as required, however at this point we are still processing your online orders without any disruption.
