Pelican 9460 RALS Dual Head

Using solid-state mounted LED's coupled with a thermally efficient light engine and our 1510 Case the RALS 9460 gives the user the ultimate maintenance free portable floodlight station to get the job done efficiently, safely and on time. The RALS 9460 houses two of it's light heads and it's multi-stage charger for that total self contained convenience, it is also equipped with a telescopic handle and rugged wheels for ease of transport. Comes with convenient low battery warning system and waterproof activation switch. The maintenance free LED array has a life expectancy of 50,000 hours. The mast is fully extendable to a max of 3ft with a 360 degree rotating lamp head. It is activated by a waterproof rubber activation switch. The light has a high and low settings, pumping out 2000 or 4000 lumens of light when its needed most. The Lamp heads is made up of 24 LED's x 2 which provide a 90 degree spread of light. The Battery is a 12 volt rechargeable sealed battery that when fully discharged will take 9 hours to bring it back up to full charge again. The lamp head with start to offer intermittent blinking when the battery is getting low. Its weight is a light 23kg and is available in black or yellow.

CAUTION: The Pelican Products RALS models 9450, 9460 and 9470 contain sealed lead acid batteries that can generate hydrogen gas when charging. It is imperative that these products are charged, as instructed, with the case lid open to allow any gases to escape as charging with the lid closed poses a significant hazard. Failure to abide by this instruction could result in injury and/or damage to property. Please refer to the warnings provided in the instructions for the unit and on a decal affixed to the inside of the case adjacent to the cavity where the charger unit is packed.

PELICAN 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR AALG PRODUCTS

Pelican Products, Inc. ("Pelican") warrants to the original purchaser its Remote Area Lighting Systems (RALS) and all other products manufactured by the Advanced Area Lighting Group (AALG) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, service, and maintenance for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This guarantee does not cover the lamp or batteries (rechargeable or alkaline).

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; AND (B) ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ANY LIABILITY NOT BASED UPON CONTRACT ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PELICAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. In no event shall Pelican’s liability to the purchaser for damages hereunder exceed the purchase price of the product in respect of which damages are claimed.

With valid dated proof of purchase, Pelican will either repair or replace ay defective part, at our sole option. THE REMEDIES HEREBY PROVIDED SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. Any repaired or replacement part or unit is covered only for the unexpired portion of the warranty on the original product purchased.

To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Pelican Products, Inc. at 23215 Early Avenue, Torrance, CA 90505 or sales@pelican.com. Any warranty claims shall be made by the original purchaser as soon as practicable following discovery of any defect and in no event more than twelve months from the date of purchase. The purchaser must provide valid dated proof of purchase and obtain a return authorization number from Pelican Customer Service prior to returning any product. In the event that Pelican determines that the returned product is not defective, within the terms of this warranty, the purchaser shall pay Pelican all costs of handling, transportation and repairs at Pelican’s prevailing rates.

All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the product has been altered or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
